What’s happening so far!

At this point, we have many things in place. The park is secured for August 30, 2025, with the permit approved from the Park Dept. for that date. We also have the insurance certificate and all the food permit applications in place. In addition, we have rented the mobile stage for youth ministry and we have a Christian clown who does face painting and balloon shaping.

We have two confirmed music ministries … Muddy Boots worship band and Revival Sound worship band with a few more that need confirmation from the group. Also, John and Danielle D’Amico from FEED ME MINISTRIES will bring their team to set up and do outreach in the park. Kingdom First (K1) has joined us this week with Hope Pregnancy Center signing on to set up a table and tent and hand out pertinent information. We also have a few more volunteers that have signed up this week, We are looking for more!

We also have a organizer sponsor Melissa Corrado from Foreigners Cottage Coffee who has been a connection to so many resources for the event. that will be on site brewing up her famous blend and helping to coordinate the event.
